All water system components, piping and electrical supply and control wiring is typically factory assembled on one equipment frame and factory tested so that client is able to set the system in place, make utility connections and turn on the system in short order upon delivery. The HydroMax system Filters and Conditions the tap water, uses Membrane Separation to remove the majority of the dissolved salts and minerals from the conditioned tap water and polishes the remaining traces of ionic contamination from the water using advanced, Electronic Deionization. The resulting Purified Water flows to a Pure Water Storage Reservoir from which the water is continuously circulated through an Ultraviolet Treatment Unit, which destroys organic contaminants and controls biological growth in the water, polishing ion exchange Deionization Modules that continuously insures the highest possible Ultra-Pure Resistivity is achieved, and finally through a sub-micron rated membrane Micro-Filter that insures particulate-free water is delivered to the process.

The Ultra-Pure Water generated from the HydroMax system, specifically designed to effectively and efficiently remove the contaminants that pose problems for the specified process and meet the required water purity standard, can be used in the specified processes without the fear of contamination since the water quality is continuously monitored in-line and the HydroMax Advanced Controls monitor, react to and annunciate operator alerts during system operation. The intuitive, interactive Advanced Controls Interface also provides the operator with guided, operational instruction and recommendations, scheduled service task reminders, historical system performance data in easy to understand graphical format and the ability to modify system operational set points, alert limits and even establish remote monitoring and notification via the HydroMax Global Ethernet Communication Portal.
